刚好看到有点失望，周边没什么可玩的地方，但是酒店的服务很好，房间内有温泉池，放水前还帮你消毒，泉水灰常清澈干净，半室外的泡泉，特别舒服又私密，还是很喜欢

给酒店服务打了个低分，主要是入住当晚深夜两点多被前台电话吵醒影响了睡眠（后了解到是其他客人投诉有麻将声但前台并未先确认是否为我入住的房间就贸然打了电话）。接触到的清洁阿姨倒是很热情，主动告知房间内温泉水储放的要点。
艺龙预订结果显示是1.5+1.2双床加鹅卵石泡池，但实际酒店安排的是双1.2加花岗岩泡池。因为够睡，就没去纠结具体是艺龙还是酒店的问题。
艺龙从订单形成到生成确实短信的时间大概2分钟左右。下单前试图通过24小时热线电话咨询，但一直无人接听。网站在线客服响应很快。
预订的b栋。入住当天有小雨，适合泡温泉。房间如果单从设施来看，比较接近老式招待所。b栋基本是双床户型，一楼沙发很残旧，房间内的沙发有分布艺和木制，入住的是木制沙发、有破皮。房间配简易茶具、烧水壶、吹风筒和一次性洗漱用品（洗发水等非一次性）。因为自带了这些东西，所以配套物品使用效果如何并无体验。
不知道怎么区分是否真温泉，家人说浸泡后感觉皮肤比较滑爽。温泉在房间内，私密性比较好，但清洁度不是很高。
酒店在流溪河旁。退房时看了房型，感觉还是a栋一楼和负一楼河畔房或c栋半山房会安静些。 酒店早餐保温不够。

环境清幽，河畔边上㬌色怡人。入住酒店时，服务员主动地帮我安排在河景房，赞一个！

前台接待安排客房的客服服务差，安排的与预定房间不相符，有好的房间不给安排，交涉会才安排好点的房间。酒店环境好，房间还算好，但与费用有差距，性价比不高，同等性价比之下以后会选择三英温泉酒店。
