    卡丽住过不止一次，但是这次之后不会再住了。兑换了房型升级，办入住的时候没给升级也没给解释，问了才説豪华大床房太少人住环境不好不建议住。房间的閲读灯坏了也不修，我嫌灯光昏暗才让人过来修。整个酒店没有一根数据线可借用，WiFi 也只有一个，所有人都在用，信号不稳定，小孩上网课时断时续。本来是冲着自助早餐住的，结果连早餐都吃不饱，所谓的自助餐，连热茶咖啡都没有。

    入住的时候前台服务特别好也帮我入住了想要的房型这是非常让人舒服开心的??。但是退房的时候我説退房也没人理我ok放下个房卡直接走，好无语啊你起码説声好的可以了吧，让我待在那里一会两个人都不説话什么意思啊????整体房间灯光暗基本接近于摸黑，重点来了让我非常生气且不爽的一点是你们酒店的早餐餐饮服务人员什么态度，我们是接近于用餐结束前的30分钟前过去的，这个时候你们的早餐只剩下残羹剩饭了？？我问了三遍你们麪食的工作人员问你们还有河粉吗，没人理我看到也不理（煎鸡蛋的师傅还是给我煎了一个谢谢你让我早餐吃到了一个鸡蛋）除了煎蛋的师傅一副客人欠他钱等下班的态度。明明还有半个小时的时间为什么不加菜？？？？？？？？？？？？后面陆陆续续也有其他的三四个客人来也是没吃到东西，真的一天的没好心情??如果用餐结束前30分钟不能进入用餐，提前説就好了啊，用不着丧这个脸在那里想赶我们走的感觉????本来想带我朋友来广州旅游，结果导致别人早餐都没吃东西还受你工作人员的冷暴力，以后不会再住了，一生黑。

    Before pandemic, I often stay in this hotel, after 2022, this is my second time stay but the room was terrible, door and wall without any maintenance, no more coffee or tea bag supply.
