    这个四星酒店的服务真是无语了，首先，我来的时候下大雨，停车场保安看到我一个女孩子冒雨在后背箱拿行李，他撑着把大伞，居然视而不见？？等我拿了行李走到服务台，衣服也湿透了，前台人员只有一人，但却围了五六个客人在办理登记，退房之类的，我很想快点开好房上去换衣服，凉啊！我问前台的人，就你一个人吗？她头也没抬说是！要不要这样子？再说说，酒店简介上明明写了去会展馆全天免费接送，包括房间里也有一张宣传单也有写，打去问总台，总台也冷冷的说，那个要9月6号才有!我说，你们宣传页面可没写，回答我同样的话！！！这个酒店的人是怎么了？坦白说从未遇到这样的服务态度，我只能说肯定老板发工资太少了，不然怎么都一副不想干活的样子。这样的服务真不配有星级！！！
