订广州三茂大酒店五间房，周边环境还好，一切都方便，只是房间隔音有些差，夜间有噪音。

9月份入住时，沿街房不能入眠。酒店地理位置出行方便吧，这次还是选择在此入住，与前台小姐说明了情况如愿住到安静的房间，谢谢啦。

豪华间完全没有豪华的样子，跟一般酒店的普通间没什么两样，甚至更旧...前台服务不好。靠街边，很吵。本来以为新装修了条件会不错，谁知还没装修完，给我们的也是还没装的房间。

酒店比较老了，不过地处黄金地段，离地铁5号线淘金站A出口和花园酒店公交站很近，胜在便利。我是因为在附近考试才入住的，那两天酒店爆满。
