除了房间小了点，其他方面还行，酒楼味道不错，温泉水质听说评为真温泉，不知真假，但泡完后手指没有皱纹，住房也不算贵。

服务很差，住在泉韵基本上没有服务，那么几栋楼，楼下一个服务员都没有。优点就是早餐很丰富。

酒店硬件服务都不错。但温泉毛巾供应不够充足，从房间到温泉路线曲折，未换泳衣可以于温泉区活动希望可改善，温泉区休息室设施好，但水果饮品选择太少。早餐选择算多，不错。晚餐在酒店歺厅解决，价格偏贵，上汤迟菜心59元一份，一个青菜收这个价格有点不合理。
