三英温泉度假酒店真的很不错，温泉、房间、餐饮、服务、环境都很棒，我要特别感谢温泉部的邝金须大姐，昨晚用半小时时间帮我寻回失物，她热心又温馨的服务，与温泉一样暖人心，给她点赞👍 前台服务也非常好，五星服务，小孩泡温泉泡过了时间，前台曾某英小姐立即帮我们延迟了一小时退房。

我想以后都不会来三英，首先大堂的办理入住的态度不好，我说订的是至尊房，她说不管什么你订的就是双人房，我问除了包双早还有什么？她说就是双人房，懒得理我。我们一家人，希望房间在旁边，她说房间是旁边，结果上去是隔着几间房，去换房间，她还坚持给的是隔壁两房，态度不好。艺龙订房间给了1740担保费，来到酒店给了房费1740还要再给押金1000元，住个酒店干嘛这费那费交了2800虽然会推给我，但是加上态度那么差，下次不想再去
