去前台办理手续的时候说是预订了一间没有窗没有按摩的浴缸的房间，问我要不要升级，好吧！升级吧！结婚按摩浴缸是什么鬼根本不能用，第二天退房的时候，跟前台说那个按摩浴缸根本不能用，她说去看看，然后看完回来一句话没有，我不知道所谓的升级带给我的体验到底是什么，多了一个大浴缸作为摆设吗？

出差到了华师 ，忙就在网上订了房间。等晚上到了酒店，服务员办理入住，还要加押金200元、进了房间就一张放在地下的床一个卫生间什么也没有.359就这样,无语了 ，我想退房 、他说退不了 我又住不习惯，店家说可以升级叫我选房 然后加钱、我看了下，选好了，他说加60、那就加吧，反正也退不了，无语,只能加钱住了，睡到12点服务打电话来说、超过12点每小时要加50元、天啊什么酒店，12点多退房还要再扣50元超时费用，
