艺龙跟酒店都好差劲！艺龙订了第二天酒店才说收到单，办理入住慢，如果不是指定那个位置肯定不在这住！明明收了担保金，房费不直接刷还要再刷预付的，其实是想把预付的押金一起不退！两张单（不是同一天离店）都是打电话去催才把押金给退回来的！酒店前台在电话里还说，你差这点钱吗，你等这钱花吗！**，什么态度！不是差不差的问题，你酒店两次都这样，摆明就不想退你！离店时就不退你，你不发现就被坑了！不然有什么可能办退房不退押金，去催就马上退！跟艺龙客服联系，要求帮忙与酒店沟通退押金问题，结果艺龙答复是，你自己去沟通，我不管的态度！其他平台的客服是会帮你联系的！以后不会订这家酒店，更不会用这个订酒店的软件平台！差评！！！

酒店交通非常方便，就在地铁出口，大堂寄放行李的小哥服务很好，很有礼貌。
房间面积大，干净，洗漱用品齐全，淋浴水流大，下水不堵。高层视野不错，客房服务反应快。
