早上10点30分网上订房。应为客户有事没入住。10点45问网上客服可否退款。答应2小时处理。本人11点多也打给酒店。客服一听是网上订房的。语气超差。第一次。她叫我那里订房就找那里。真想爆粗。然后又找平台客服。到现在没一个电话来。这个订酒店平台没一个有效的机智。淘宝、京东都是收货确认付款。保护消费者。这个平台不会设定一个机智。(酒店提早1小时给电话消费者是否真正入住。确定平台在转账给酒店)。根本这个平台就是给酒店牵着鼻子走。没威信。以后都不会来这平台弄。
