I really like the pool and gym setup. The gym is on the 7th floor, and also, there is one indoor and one outdoor pool, plus an indoor jacuzzi. The hotel has a Family Mart convenient store on the first floor, making it really practical for grabbing drinks, etc. The bed is very comfortable, and the tv stations have English channels like CNN, HBO, etc

Services are good, but facilities are a bit old especially the shower room. ?The sound resistance is not so good and heard msny “Pang! Pang!” many times in the morning when staff or other residents closed the door. Quite annoying!?
But overall it is good.

We stayed at King size bed room. The room is spacy and clean. It is not 5 stars hotel. It is a bit outdated. The bathroom has dim light, harder to put makeup on. The mattress was old and too soft. Breakfast was good.

虽然酒店岁数应该不是很小了，不过设施保养的相当不错，最大的亮点就是酒店房间真的很大，地理位置也非常好，周边商场很多，离地铁站也很近，每次来广州都住这里，体验很好！

4／26～27入住 25楼
柜台超不专业，本来想说只住一天不订房直接过来，询问双床房结果回答我没有房间，可订房网站上明明就还有，前台也就只叫我自己上平台订所以有这则评论，再来押金也乱收一通，不知道为什么要分两次收押金，总之至少check-in 在大厅卡了半小时以上非常影响心情，流程跟员工培训也很不完善，真的要说不符合五星级

虽然设施和酒店稍旧 但附近有商场 交通便利
最好的是它的泳池 不但有户内外之分 它的恒温泳池是我去过多间5星酒店之中 最温暖的 不用热身也能直接下水 冬天不怕冷

大堂很宽广，房间很宽敞，设施设备齐全。服务人员热情。因为是下雨天，大堂的员工还会提醒带雨伞出行。在这里感谢礼宾部经理karry在很多人接雨伞的情况下还借自己的雨伞给我们出行。还介绍周边的美食和商场，点赞。
