前台服务一般，客房得出大堂右转出去到大楼后面找电梯上7楼，然后再去另一个电梯上9楼，这都不说了，洗完澡准备睡觉的时候，掀开被子感觉枕头和床单有睡过的痕迹，不像一般酒店那么平整或者折印明显，围着床看了一下，还真找着了一根黑头发，男士那种短的。叫前台换床单，大晚上的派个五大三粗的壮年男人来我一个单身女性房间换床单，你们酒店的人脑子被僵尸吃了吗？还有飘窗上放了茶几和坐垫，本来挺好的，只是手一摸一手灰而已
