温泉酒店服务人员态度很好，房间设施有点旧，但独立小花园泡池环境很赞很舒服，公共温泉区池很少，但服务小哥很热情很有礼貌，整体感觉很好，服务态度很棒

太吵了，酒店环境不错，竟然允许传销公司入住并在楼下安静的环境中操练，一大早6点多，楼下像杀猪一样狂叫，根本无法睡觉，给酒店打了6次电话，酒店竟然处理不了，很狗血，本来预定了两天，只住了一天提前离店走人……

多次入住但是最差的一次体验，节日入住居然断水，等到晚上十点十分有水供应了，热水却无了，叫了大半天没有上房间处理，无水无服务的酒店房费却比平时超出80％，正常的情况下，如果属酒店方过错应补偿顾客损失才是。
