  **????? 超赞的入住体验！** 这次入住体验非常满意！酒店位置便利，距离地铁站和景点都很近，出行非常方便。前台服务热情周到，办理入住迅速，还贴心升级了房型。房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，隔音效果很好，晚上休息得很安稳。浴室的水压充足，热水来得快，洗漱用品也很齐全。 早餐种类丰富，中西式都有，味道也很不错。酒店设施很完善。整体来説，性价比超高，服务细节到位，下次来这边还会选择这家！ （PS：特别感谢前台的小姐姐耐心解答！02/07

  The staff at front desk was excellent customer oriented. They were supportive and goes extra mile to address client concerns. Much pleased with their service. They don’t have regular restaurant and it is not required because there are so many options nearby.

  这次是住那么多维也纳体验感最不好的一次。实际图片一实拍和网上图二不一致，没有饮水机也没有冰箱，而且凳子坐着不舒服！联系工作人员説换凳子，説本来是这样的，实在无语??洗手间的门没有固定，莫名自动关不方便、还有吹风筒吹头发几秒钟自动停，非常麻烦，吹个头发平常十分钟不用、现在要半个小时，消磨人的耐性。
