酒店地点离地铁3号线人和站出口很远，离繁华的小吃一条街也很远，下了地铁赶上下大暴雨，浑身淋湿，给酒店前台电话，让有偿过来接一下，丝毫没理会顾客的诉求。来到酒店后，服务更是不敢恭维，多要个风筒准备吹干衣服，没有，要求送来个蚊香片也是无动于衷，酒店服务员村里的服务水平，有点要黄铺的感觉。酒店蚊子比较多，不建议来这边入住，真后悔没定维也纳酒店，出地铁口左手边就是。否则就不会被雨淋的落汤鸡似的，求助无门了……

机场非常棒，离机场和人和地铁站都非常近，还有24免费接送机服务，十分方便。前台的美女十分热情，感谢小邓小吴的热情接待！
