我本次是为了跑花都马拉松，订/住的是特价双床房，本来一切没什么的，但退房的时候就来问题了，我们到前面退房，查房的阿姨对讲机到前台说用了他说的个人护理套装(外胶纸没了)，也就15元，不是说多少钱的问题！但事实上我们确实没用过/也没打开过（真的大冤了）！但那服务员和那部长就是咬定是这我们用过/打开过！这令我们对花都这里的酒店留下了不好的印象！特别是这间威得利酒店（事实上招牌店名不是叫威得利）实在是住不得！黑店！差差差评！大家要注意！
