酒店位于居民区，酒店房间狭小局促不安！大旅行箱根本放不下打不开，空调声音很大！但酒店胜在软件上，酒店的服务堪称一流……弥补了酒店的面积狭小空间的缺点，而且房间的零食饮料完全免费咖啡☕️免费，整体酒店服务意识强！比较大气！大气！赞

可以免费接送长隆动物园还挺好的，定的是主题房，但是第一天没安排主题房，就是一个普通的标间，也不给退差价，这点很不满意

酒店感觉名气很大，网评很好，实际入住体验很差，6月30日31日两天入，7月1日离店开发票，被告知机器故障开不了，后面一个月之内可以补开。离店后接到酒店电话，说我弄脏了地巾，需要赔偿，我说可以，加个微信发个照片我看看究竟地巾脏成什么样了需要赔偿，照片还美发，马上告诉我他们处理好了，不需要赔偿了。感觉是被敲诈，所以一再要求她们发照片给我，后面发给我一条干干净净的地巾照片。服务态度恶劣。7月15日再次沟通发票是否可以开了，被告知发票已经跨月了，无法开了。无良商家！附被弄脏的地巾。去他们店住宿的千万小心，东西用不得，弄不好就要你赔偿的。
