本来预定的三间大床房，后来因为航班取消有一间房没有入住，都是酒店和艺龙都不能取消，说是有担保，没有入住也要付费，我觉得这个不太合理，作为老客户长期以来在艺龙定房间，并且还是入住之前六个小时以上打电话，你们应该考量一下合理性！本次出差最不靠谱定一次预定！

这个酒店非常好。之前我在网上订的是一家公寓，到了之后发现不行，赶紧退掉选了万盛名家，庆幸这次选对了。首先房子很大，设施齐全，也蛮新的。其次就是可以在门口的商务中心购买万隆各游乐园的票，酒店免费接送。最后就是周边餐饮很方便，对面马路有花溪牛肉粉，还有各式餐馆，宵夜，以后来万隆玩还会选择这个酒店。
