第一次注册同程网,订了这间店,来威海,这个家酒店服务还不错,比如晚上给拉上了窗帘,各方面工作都做得很好,但是感觉设施比较旧,我是个比较细心的人,卫生间的水龙头很旧,没有手抽纸,不过被子还很柔软和说服,楼层好,视野好,房间小,早餐还可以,我住的是小单间,交通还可以,离市政府很近,去海也近,前台服务也不错.

这是我此次旅行入住价格最贵，房间设施最差的宾馆。房间展柜上油漆脱落，窗户玻璃上满是灰尘，卫生间洁具上斑点很多，抽水马桶老得不行，哎，还四星，太让人失望了。幸好服务人员态度还好，餐厅早餐还不错，要不然真的要投诉了。

白天鹅宾馆是威海的老牌宾馆，设施有点陈旧了。不过，位置、环境、服务等都是一流的。

该宾馆的服务非常不错，早餐很好，很丰盛，位置距离刘公岛两站地，步行得十分钟左右，离海边也比较近，但是距海水浴场比较远。缺点是宾馆设施确实比较旧了，卫生间太小，而且设备太老，问了酒店工作人员，十月份左右重新装修，希望装修之后焕然一新，如果还是这个价格的话，就非常值了。
