酒店挺负责的，因为是参加展会预定的，预定时可以留房到凌晨，结果酒店单方面改了时间，还是提前来电话通知我的不然麻烦，因为飞机真的晚点了，而且是晚点五个多小时

房间和冰箱好几只蟑螂，毛巾有头发、wifi一小时断半小时，找人修两次都不算什么，携程app提前3天预定比到店预定贵200，呵呵。到店的话术都是给你免费升级，打电话帮同事订好了房间到店根本找不到登记。发现价格差要求把没消费的最后一晚退掉改成到店付前台横得不行，不退到没啥，叫嚣着要把不关此事的同行同事从房间赶出来，太厉害了。
没消费的服务为什么不能退？不能退我的订单为什么连带要赶出已经入住的客人？第一次来广州印象太深刻了。携程客户协调20分钟无果口头承诺予以我100元礼金券也并没有收到。奉劝看评论的游客有点心理准备，一分都不应该给。

这次出差定到永客全套房商务公寓。我们几位同事住得都非常满意，房间超大，有两个梳妆台，还有衣帽间，房间还有微波炉和洗衣机哦，衣服一下午就洗干净了，很适合懒的带换洗衣服的人哦！适合或者是短期居住。

酒店设施还不错，在会展中心那里，前台服务态度一般，入住后，酒店工作人员突然刷密码卡直接开门，这点非常差。
