酒店前台的人，太坑爹了，其他都好。帮客人订的酒店，一开始不知道客人会不会满意，只订了一天。第二天去前台问，网上继续订三天，可不可以不换房间。前台说通过平台付款不行，只有在前台付款才可以不换房间。居然房价比网上要贵大几十元一天，我说那我继续网上付款，换房就换房，工作人员马上电脑操作把平台这个房型下了，关闭了。没办法，为了不让客户有意见。活生生被宰。要不是客人想住，鬼再付钱继续住

没有停车场，非常不方便，春节期间停车场不开放，周围转了1小时才找到一个收费100元的，已经是谢天谢地了。
