酒店服务人员态度热情有礼，但硬件设施用料做工都很低档，电梯狭窄，房间狭小，楼层高度也低矮，洗手间狭小有异味，还有酒店没有停车场只能在门前停有限的数量。温泉在二楼，景色不错，但卫生状况令人不安。不会有下次。

酒店相当不错，装修很好，干净舒适。家庭套房两房一厅，很大。送了四人温泉任意泡，相当给力。温泉很棒，环境好，舒服。
