这是我住过最差的酒店了，还说是三星标准，预定了两间240元一晚的豪华大床房，结果去了房间条件很差，根本就不值这个价。而且其中一间房很小，床也比另一间小了很多，另外这间房的窗户外面就是别人家的屋顶，一步之遥居然没有防盗措施，别人可以很轻松的进入房间。之后找酒店调解，说没有房间可以换，在我们强烈要求下，耽误了我们两个小时才换了一间。酒店很吵，更差的是卫生，住进去还发现房间里面有烟头，而且第二天回来，烟头居然还在，真是太搞笑了，房间的卫生居然没有人打扫，真不知道这是家什么酒店。不明白这么差的酒店怎么会上艺龙，实在是太让人失望啦。

艺龙下订三间8月7-8日两天的豪华双人房，打电话到酒店前台要求保留到8日凌晨2点，酒店同意。但当我们8日凌晨2点入住时却一间房也没留。经过与酒店周经理的交涉后安排我们入住卫生、环境一般、距离超远的骏福宾馆，第二天才返回入住怡辉酒店。没有诚信的酒店以后绝不会选择。

这个酒店最大的优点就是离长隆度假区相对比较近，属于价廉物美一类。之前听朋友说因为是个三星酒店，各方面都一般。可是由于我们预定较晚，已经找不到附近合适的酒店，只好定下。但是到达酒店后，由于前台人员热情推荐，让我们都找到了合适的满意的房间。所以感觉比较好。唯一就是因为周边比较简陋，所以买点小东西什么的不是特别方便。
整体感觉还是比较好。特别是酒店服务员有求必应，让我们感觉她们的服务非常好，跟广州马上要举办亚运会的形象很匹配。
