前台一位大龄女子素质真的令人作呕，延迟一点点退房还坐地起价，说加收半天房费，我们不愿意就说也可以按钟点房算，少收几十块钱，还说要叫安保，真的恶心，没事，几十块钱买你的素质，酒店不知道请的什么东西做前台，哎，真的作孽遇到这样的人
