厕所地板有很多污渍，毛巾很旧。房间地板还有烟头，空调上贴着上一个住户留下来的手机膜。酒店在5-8楼，但是大厦有16层，每次等电梯至少3-5分钟才有，酒店房间号标示不明，找好久才找到自己的房间。
