前台人员工作态度极差，酒店是提前差不多一周订的，订好后第二天再致电酒店前台确认订单有效，到入住当天竟然告诉客户没有预定成功，第二晚的房间已被其他客人订了。实际下订单的时候是分开两个网站下单，工作人员没有查清楚就推诿客户没有预定，在前台扰嚷20分钟有多才说查到订单，根本一开始就没认真去查过，服务态度极差！

隔音不好，隔音不好，隔音不好，重要的事情说三遍，七楼没有八楼干净，卫生间有异味，隔音也差，连隔壁说话声电视声都能听到…直到凌晨三点在投诉两次以后才停止，搞得一晚上没睡好，第二天换到八楼，但是换房间真的太折腾人了啊，加被子还要20块钱…服务态度倒是蛮好的，但是体验真的不好，不会再来了
