酒店设施陈旧，前台员工服务意识差，缺乏南方服务行业素质特色，出言不逊，令住客生气无语。豪华房与普通标间价格相差60多元，仅楼层不同，房间设施几乎无区别，性价比太差。此酒店急需整改，否则难以吸引客人。

房间很干净，很舒适，住得很好，订的大床房还给免费升级成套间，很开心，下次还回来的。当然还有不足的地方，沐浴的花洒头还是旧式的，洗澡不大方便。

酒店不错的，只是设施旧了一点，服务挺好的。我们公司每次有客户来都是预定的这家，已经预定好多次了，是性价比较高的一家酒店。

房间很不错的，我们老板说继续再预定呢。交通也方便，客户过来直接坐地铁，下来地铁就能到了，唯一的缺点就是木有早餐，看酒店能不能改进一下呢？
