环境服务都很差，在网上订的房比在哪里直接定还贵，坑爹，去办入住的时候，前台主管还在那偷笑我们在网上订的房贵，好像再笑我们傻一样，建议大家不要去哪里住，跟网上的价格都不协调，还豪华双人房，房间小得要死，一股难闻的异味，还骗人说有窗，拉开窗帘是个假窗，窗外面是一堵墙，隔音效果差死，隔壁房讲话都能听得到。床头柜一摸都是一层厚厚的灰尘，延迟一分钟退房都说要扣半天房费，一点时间都不能推迟，无语，总之不止这个价，房间真的是很小很小

玉城酒店位于离上下九步行街不远的闹市区，交通购物都很方便。她最大的特点是服务规范，处处为客人着想，价格实惠，房间整洁舒适，并且还提供可口的早餐。我们到广州来旅游，住在这里感觉很好，首先就对广州这座城市增加了美好的印象，以后来还会住在这里，这是一家很值得推荐的好酒店。
