办理入住第一天酒店前台强推办理会员，可享受更优惠的价格，让我把订单退掉重新下单，折腾一个小时发现根本没有更优惠，又重新下了订单。入住酒店以后发现是内窗房，打开窗帘是堵墙，系统里根本没说是内窗，是有窗户的！房间wifi无法使用，电视也看不了，但是因为出去玩了一天到酒店已经很晚了就没有联系前台，第二天联系前台修了半个小时修不好，问她不是新装修的吗，回答房间新装修了设施还是原来旧的年久失修！换了房间，这次打开窗帘是走廊！真是每次都有惊喜！而且极其不隔音，新房间能听见外面有人打喷嚏咳嗽。厕所的卫生纸竟然是装在一个小木盒里，每次用的时候也不知道放洗手台上方便还是放地上方便，最后抱着上厕所。只有床比较满意干净舒服。酒店旁边以为临近地铁，结果地铁还在修建尘土飞扬，还好晚上不施工，只有公交车站还比较近。想投诉不知道找哪里，联系同程客服回复，退房以后才可以点评。每次住酒店都有拍照习惯，这次真是一肚子火！
