天花渗水、外墙烂、地板烂，连门都是烂的，锁是坏的在里头不能反锁，身上有贵重物品都不敢放在里面，找管理员换房间说没房，喊他修门他说前台没人看走不开！除了烂，就是脏。洗手台有小蟑螂，物品看起来都很旧不敢用，这都算了，居然没有给牙刷！第一次订了体验那么差的公寓，真的除了地理位置好之外一无是处！千万别来！！

但：没有早餐 ； 冬天没有热空调 （超冷）
热水器无法一次性洗两个人 要等20分钟。

25 26楼 视野开阔 房间很大 走两步就到最繁华的北京路了 在某个角度还可以远远远远远地看到小蛮腰
