停车指示不明白 车场保安很无语 开到入口问是不是这里停车 居然告诉我不对 路面双实线我只好掉头绕一大圈回到酒店门口 结果酒店保安告知门口只是临停 地下停车场上地面电梯刷卡标示不明 全程除了酒店门口保安笑脸相迎其余均是扑克脸 总体服务人员服务意识一般 希望改进 卫生不错 设施也还可以 环境安静 下次考虑还会光顾

办理入住时预付了3晚的房费，当天临时行程有变动，立马在下午4点前打给总台，告知只住一晚，可否帮忙通融下，前台直接否定说不行，一点商量余地都没有，以后应该不会来住！真的是跟快捷酒店没什么区别，不推荐

从广州火车东站到酒店走路过去的话差不多25分钟，闹中取静。周边饮食店丰富，丰俭由己。酒店管理不错，设施齐全。冰箱里面还有苹果和梨子各一个。早上的自助餐也很丰富，一般该有的也都有。就是房间里的电视在柜子里面，这有点不方便。
