纸巾盒盖有小列痕，住店时有纸巾盒住，我没看，过两天后去退房结帐说要倍偿款90元。后找到住房部张经理说是员工失误查房时没告诉客人。但钱一定要倍，这种做法太坑人，以后你们住店要小心了。
