酒店的服务很赞，服务员很有礼貌，酒店的一些细节我很喜欢，看得出来布置的很用心，烧水壶和吹风机都是飞利浦的，沐浴露是舒肤佳洗发水是潘婷，毛巾很干净卫生，床垫也很舒服。最满意的是自助早餐，让我很满意。

在此酒店今年已经住了9次，本来挺好的，现在开始店大欺客了，预定的房型和实际不符，预定15点拿房，17点到酒店，告知还未收拾出来房间让我等1小时，高级点的房型是可以马上入住，以为会帮我升级，实际怎样？等了10分钟，酒店说房间好了，戏剧的来了，给了我一间特价房，估计他们以为我不知道吧？其实开业的时候我就试过了这个特价房，原滋原味的烂，特价房房间里面有阶梯的，晚上很容易摔跤，人总喜欢耍小聪明。给经理差评，给服务体系差评「客房和水疗的服务是天差地别，一进门就问水疗还是客房，水疗就跟着，客房就喊一声入住，有意思么。」唯一好的也就保安了，每次都很有礼貌的敬礼，问好，谢谢。

早餐真的很丰盛！公交站挺近的 地铁站就有点远了 附近吃的就沙县 不过酒店送餐价格很便宜 跟外面饭店没差别 去广州都住这家 酒店人员也很热情 下次来还定这家
