缺点:
1.酒店不配备行李员，行李车自助使用。
2.前台服务亲切有余，周到不足，未指引电梯方向。
3.牙刷弄脏了致电总机要新的，被反问“不是配有吗？”
4.卫生看排水很糟糕，淋浴间的水流出来无法排走。
5.冰箱不制冷。
6.建议酒店配备一定数量的婴儿床。
7.体重秤是坏的。
8.浴室窗帘开关太隐蔽。
优点：
1.整体干净，装修富丽堂皇。
2.双床房的床可以达到1.5米，超出期待，床很软，宽大舒适。

酒店还可以，这个价格也算能行，后面是新世纪广场，晚上广场舞有点吵，如果喜欢热闹的，楼下逛街很方便，早餐和价格不符，太简陋

从总体布局上讲，感觉不像个假日酒店，除了靠近广场，酒店本身什么都没有；
从设施配备上讲，绝对称不上四星酒店，房间不透气，而且西晒很严重，过道也很压抑，早餐跟快捷酒店差不多；
从服务形象上讲，姑娘们统一着装，态度也可以，望继续努力。
强调一点：卫生间水龙坏了应该及时修，不想修或修不了要给点提示，只有头顶能出水，活动花洒用不了，害我一开龙头淋湿一身，在此表示强烈谴责。
