主要问题，退房时间迟到8分钟，前台需要多收20元。问题是入住时候和第二天电话问候，都没有说明白退房时间超出多少，如何收费。这是一道坑。如果说明白了，我相信很多朋友在时间紧的情况下，都会提前退房，再上来捡行李。当然，最后同经理聊完后，也取消收费。希望改进。
