柜台那个中年妇女的服务态度很差，我在网上下订单，可是那个妇女竟然要我加钱加到130元，她说:“网上的价格113元太低了”。我说:“你跟同程网合作，那说明你认可它的价格啦！”，她说:“我没跟同程网合作呀，那个价格是同程网强迫的，不经我同意的！！”，争论了10分钟，因此住得非常不开心。还有就是酒店的设施非常陈旧，铁生锈，木板起皮，走廊墙壁发霉。靠街道那边车声很大，隔音差;地毯很脏，总之，不值这个价钱！！！！

很一般，达不到星级酒店要求，只相当于100元左右的私人旅馆。订的是含早餐的电脑房，但前台没给早餐票，也无告知，房间里没电脑。
