新酒店，虽说是按照五星级标准建的，硬件设施还是有一定的差距，服务比较差，面盆水漏按下去就按不出来的问题都是打了两次客房电话才解决，早上退房开票很凌乱，帮叫出租车人家不来了，也不及时通知顾客，让你傻等着到时间自己去问，还说就耽误了一两分钟，早餐菜品还是比较多
