五一期间刚好遇到暴雨，酒店的车库浸水至40cm，小型车基本车内进水，其实遇到这种事，谁也不想，酒店的工作人员态度还是不错的，只是解决问题的速度比较慢，最终基本是赔偿了大家的损失。虽然不像喜来登这种一流的酒店服务那么到位、那么大气，但是也基本上可以承担自己的责任。酒店的卫生和设施还是可以的，早餐就不怎么样了。总体来说，60分吧，合格的。

酒店环境还是可以的，但是管理真的很差，我的车停在酒店地下停车场，下雨竟然给淹了，在水里泡了好久，也没人通知，早上起来才知道，酒店也不负责，还要自己修车，不会再去了
