只说缺点，缺点之外都是优点，第一隔音不好，隔壁说话的声音基本能听清。第二，枕头四个只换了两个，工作人员责任意识有待加强。第三，床单被子存在着污渍。第四，洗澡的地漏下水非常慢。其它的硬件设施和工作人员的态度，开房退房的效率都是非常好的。

在兴安应该算是不错的了，性价比很好，4星级标准装修的酒店，各方面硬件都不错。就是水温不稳定。

豪华标准间只有一楼有，这种天气房间比较潮湿。隔壁101房整晚打牌，严重影响到我们睡眠，望前台以后遇到这种情况，订房注意调整房间。
