  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel . The staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself has a beautiful traditional Chinese artistic charm — from art paintings to the calming presence of tea culture. My room offered a stunning full river view. The overall environment felt very homey and tranquil, making it an ideal place to relax. Another great advantage is its location — it’s conveniently close to major tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose to come back again. Highly recommended!

  Beautiful resort, even though it’s in nature, every taxi can reach it within 2 minutes. Only 15 minutes by car to the city centre. A great breakfast and excellent bed. Friendly English speaking host and beautiful lobby with art and tea room. Beautiful terras next to the lake.

  Great stay by the lake. Our room had a lovely view. Service staff was great and very attentive. We had our dinners here and food was delicious as well. We also did the tea sampling ceremony and enjoyed ourselves and our chat with the receptionist.

  Highly recommend Heshe Hotel for a leisurely trip to Guilin for sightseeing! The views around the lake and from the room were spectacular, and much more peaceful than the city centre though still not being too far away. The front staff were all so kind and you can tell they really want to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, and they also spoke very good English if you're a foreign visitor! We also borrowed their bikes on our last morning and biked the trail to a small neighbouring village which we would also recommend ??
