人多，旁边一个景点，一堆住客都是大叔大妈，又吵素质也一般，前台服务员可能是因为忙，爱答不理，态度不怎么热情，到房间了让拿个什么东西也感觉很不情愿。房间总体装修和卫生状况还不错，但是竟然没有一次性拖鞋！只有塑料拖鞋，还是刚用完湿的！简直了，总体根本不符合它上面标的四星级酒店标准！

酒店位置稍微有点偏，在刘三姐大观园旁边。如果自驾开车很方便，停车场很大。环境安静，整体环境还是不错的。
