房间的布局很奇怪，一开门就看到床，一般酒店房间都是进去后有个小廊，旁边是卫生间，这个酒店房间的卫生间却在最里面。还有卫生间门的设置很不方便，开门后会挡住洗手台，要洗手只能进去后关门再洗。房间灯不够多，显得房间很暗。总之就是一般般吧，如果不是要考试我也不会住在这里。这些缺点要是能改进的话会好很多的。

我已经付款后还需要本人再次电话确认，但没有任何人告知旅客。导致没有确认，到了酒店后没有房间。既然已经收了款为什么还要旅客自己去确认呢？旅客付款给你们就是最好的确认，希望不要让旅客自己与酒店再次确认。
