在艺龙订了，而且酒店也确认了，但是到店后，总台服务员说没房了，而且还说只有去那儿网的客人，没有艺龙网的，叫我们退了，我们是用信用卡担保的，后来联系了艺龙客服，客服跟前台联系后，那服务员马上拿出一张有我名字单子，这明显是酒店觉得网上订得优惠，不想给入住，服务态度差，住酒店从没遇到这类情况，大过年遇上这事，郁闷！

我们是带小朋友的大床房，房间装修不错，有台式电脑和音箱，适合小朋友看动画片，整体房间干净，大床房唯一的问题是，有大镜子对着床，对于我们的风俗，有些影响身体健康，如果能够考虑有些风俗，将对床的镜子做上窗帘可以拉上，那就更人性了
