这个酒店是我为弟弟定的，之前我在一店住过，感觉还可以的，才给我弟弟定了离桂林站比较近的二店。可是当到达时候工作人员却说什么没有预定，害得我弟弟跑到其他两家分店，最后又回了二店。你知道桂林的冬天晚上多冷吗？？大冷的天，我弟弟背着个包，拉着行李箱满大街在街上转悠，我心疼得不行，你们这样的服务态度以及工作上的失误，决不能原谅，差评妥妥的。虽然事后我弟弟说没关系了，好评也是可以的，毕竟他钱包遗留在柜台你们有通知到他，但是还是给你们个差评买教训！还有，你们分店多，不要把地址搞错，明明是二店，却显示一店的地址！噢，我还是好生气

哇，这家酒店太温馨了！暖黄的灯光，木制地板，客空气中散发的淡淡的柠檬味^o^像回到家一样😊
虽然没有窗，但空气也不赖。总体来说是非常棒的！
