要了房间2间，设施老旧，房间空调声音大，很响、很吵，联系总台，维修人员修了无改善，同意换房，看了2间，空调声音不吵了但制冷又不行，总台服务态度还行，讲换到满意为止，太累了不想折腾，提出免停车费，第退房时还是不同意，综合差评。

设施差，浴室没有防滑垫，在浴室摔跤了，手指破皮出血，右膝盖红肿，下次再也不来住这家了，还好是年纪不大，换着是老年人今天就麻烦了，估计要进医院了。????????
