酒店服务非常好，一到就送上水、帮拿行李等，非常贴心，宾至如归。房间也很干净，床很好睡。非常感谢前台的帮助，收行李超时了一点点也没有加收费用。下次一定考虑再次入住。

这已经是第三次来这里住啦，说实话，淡季的遇龙河人不多，所以我很喜欢来，酒店位置很好，对面就是遇龙河码头和单车步道，酒店也有免费提供单车的服务，很棒。酒店的设施我是很满意的，因为天冷，房间大，还提供了电暖片的取暖器，提前放到浴室里，洗澡的时候暖暖的，很舒服。就是洗澡水量不够大。酒店餐厅的啤酒鱼挺好吃的。早餐也很不错。服务员也蛮热情的。我很喜欢这个榻榻米式的房间，喝茶看书，洗浴就寝，分区很明确。下次还会来的。唯一不足就是退房时间，能延长到两点就好了。

一个人的旅行，庆幸选择了这家酒店，旅途很开心，阳朔山水很美，美的让人留恋，酒店更是让人不舍，两天的阳朔之行本打算看哪些景点，去哪骑自行车的，可一待在酒店就舍不得离开了，我想以后再来阳朔再也不会去住别家了！

我也是第一次网上根据晚上评价后综合考虑订的该酒店。去了不管是大堂经理还是前台服务员都很热情，服务周到，很人性化，在那个区域还是性价比很不错了，值得推荐。

非常不错的一次体验，定了两间房，为了能在同一楼层，还非常贴心的给我们做了一间升级！感谢前台小妹！房间很干净，设计我也很喜欢，服务更是没的说，下次有机会还会再来！
