说实话 服务效率很低！！！修个空调花了一下午 前前后后我来回打了十多个电话了 一直催！！ 户型也是有问题！酒店也没电梯！ 一共订了两间 阳朔玩着还不错 就是酒店订的有点失败 因为是坐邮轮刚下船才订的 比较失败

全家游，订了三间房，酒店给安排到马路对面一个设施陈旧的酒店，和照片上的完全不符，酒店后面在施工，大清早就开始打桩，直到很晚才结束，吵死了，订的豪华标间，结果三间房两床之间又有一张床，酒店又不来撤走，还叫我们别动，而且连免费矿泉水都不放，唉，该说什么呢。
