途家的公寓给人的感觉真的很不错，温馨舒适，（就是桂林的这个途家前台太不像样了，是在楼上的一个客房里，给人的感觉太不正规了，如果不是之前就住过几次途家比较信任这次我都不敢入住。这么大个集团连个像样的前台都设不起有点不像话）整体来说途家真的很好。

环境一般，但是服务很好。跟我妹和妹夫，一起住这个两房两厅，有居家的感觉。干净，整洁，温馨。以后还会推荐朋友过来住！

家庭式的，设备很新很齐全，很适合家庭出游，自驾游，这次是给亲戚一家订的，很好，还有地下停车场，可以直接电梯到住的地方～～

酒店住的非常满意，房间很大，两房一厅，大家庭出游最合适了，老人孩子一家人住在一起，看电视，聊天，很舒服。酒店工作人员非常热情，提前电话联系，有问题会积极解决。位置在桂林是稍有点偏，但如果自驾或打车的话也很方便的。周边吃饭什么的也挺方便的，而且因为不在旅游区，都很便宜好吃。
我们因为入住当天很早到桂林，服务人员上午有空房立刻通知我们入住了，非常贴心，表示感谢。

大年初一5点左右入住，接待我们的先生好像姓王，非常热情，因为地下车库大，不好找到楼区位置，他到地库为我们引导。热水器出了问题，打电话不到2分钟他就上来了，大过年的坚守工作岗位，必须向他致敬！环境也很好，床外就是山景，安静。离芦笛岩溶洞步行也就20分钟。屋子里非常干净，洗衣机冰箱一应俱全，燃气热水器，燃气灶，可以自己做饭，家一样的感觉。
