由于前台出错！导致无法入住！而且还把责任推到住客身上！后来查明是前台的错！还说现在就是没有房！你想怎样！不但没有帮助解决问题！而且气焰嚣张！

春节期间入住的，简介说有免费停车场，其实就是停在门口，幸好春节期间有些店铺不开门。房间小，湿气重，不接受刷卡，基本没什么服务，卫生间始终都是湿漉漉的。三人间528一晚，五星级酒店的价格招待所的享受
