酒店一个优点就是位置好，在江边，距离河灯节的主会场近，晚上就在酒店楼下放孔明灯，交通方便、免费停车。其他的实在不敢恭维，前台接待是两位根本没有接受过酒店管理的大妈，说是网上订的，首先看也没看单就一口咬定没有，等查看了订单后又一再吐槽网站。酒店设施陈旧，服务员极少，如果不是河灯节，估计也没什么生意，极像濒临破产的酒店，真是浪费了这好地段。

服务真的是差，不是说态度差，是效率差，两三个人登记要半个多小时，查个单各个手忙脚乱，帮开个门要前台去开，别的服务员不知道去哪了，住了几天就见前台有人也没见别的服务员，人员配置太少，而且想开两张房卡都难前台很多副卡都是烂的想开门都不行。在前台的时候旁边电话响很久也没见有人去接可想而知。最主要的是在那住了几天后来又加了一天，还是提前几天订的，酒店也确定了钱也交了，到中午的时候被说要退房，后来还是携程帮转到别的酒店，而且还不止我一个人这样。这个酒店的管理够混乱的，弄得十足的麻烦。

设施陈旧，一股霉味，地理位置尚好。预订确认是双早，可是酒店不承认，只给一份早餐，另一份要加10块，闹得很不愉快，绝对差评差评差评
