【超级垃圾酒店】我们先在桂林玩几天再去阳朔，当天阳朔温度是7-9度。到这家泰美精品酒店后，由于太冷，想洗个热水澡。发现这家酒店没有热水！开了20多分钟还是没有热水！我们去楼下跟戴眼镜的男店员反应这个问题，他说让我去另个房间洗澡。我说那样很不方便，太冷跑来跑去容易感冒，我提出给我换间有热水的房间！他说没有房间了。我说:你不是还有一间空房吗？他说不行。就是不给换。要留给别人？当时真的很生气，酒店既没有暖气也没有热水。还要跑到相隔4间房间的地方洗澡！这位店员的处理方式真的很差劲！本来第二天要打电话投诉！不料由于我们在洗了泰美精品酒店不温不冷的“热水澡”后着凉了。我们随后去了急诊开了药。男朋友还发烧了。建议大家不要预订这里的房间。房间小的连个放衣服的地方都没有！关键是没有热水。店员还说因为水压上不来。！！！！！一点歉意都没有！从没有遇到这种垃圾的酒店！这种服务理念，早点倒闭吧！！
