该酒店地理位置不错，是涉外酒店，环境舒适、安静，就是房间设施较陈旧，不过卫生还不错。服务一般、前台服务员给人的感觉很冷，一脸欠揍像。

在艺龙价格上会加收服务费，不过因为我下订单之前打电话去问了，所以付款时倒没啥，如果实现没有问的，不知道会怎么想。总的来说位置很好，价格还算合适

入住的是豪华房，感觉和普通的标间差不多。酒店不大，设施很老，不过挺干净，服务还好吧，是家涉外酒店，住的老外挺多，感觉比较安全，也很安静。酒店临江，门口就是伏波山。不过楼层不高，我们住的又是二楼，风景都让树挡住了，什么也看不到。不提供早点，桂林很多宾馆好像都不提供早点。该酒店的早点是自助，一个人15元，没吃也不知道怎样。酒店附近没什么饭馆，吃早点要走大概2、3百米吧。不过桂林不大，从酒店到正阳步行街也就15分钟左右吧（地图上看的还挺远的）。桂林吃的比较便宜，米粉挺好吃，还有就是有加连锁餐馆叫小南国，价格不贵还好吃！如果喜欢安静，就住这家酒店吧。觉得想方便些，就住在桂林中山路或步行街附近吧，吃饭出行比较方便，价格也应该不贵。桂林的宾馆很多，有些看着也不错，价格才一百多。

太旧，卫生不好，结账时又说要加收什么调节基金，艺龙网站上没有说明，有受骗的感觉。

不是我发牢骚，明明预定的是单人间，给果给我开了个标间，还厚颜无耻的说艺龙传真给他们的就是这样的房间。280的房价，收了我298（当时结帐的时候没有留意）。如此做生意一点诚信都没有！
